Black Garlic Spread Burger

Ingredients
- 2 Hamburger patties
- 2 Hamburger Buns
- 1 Bulb of Black Garlic
- 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Red Onion
- Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 Stick of butter
Directions
- Remove half/all of the black garlic cloves from the bulb and chop it as finely as you can (it will be squidgy), or you can use a blender to mince it.
- Mix the black garlic and mayonnaise until it becomes thick like jam.
- In a large pan, warm-up butter and evenly spread it. Place the buns face down until golden.
- Remove buns and place the patties in the pan. Let them cook for 3 minutes, or until a crust has formed. Flip once, top with cheese, and cook until the other side has a crust.
- Spread the black garlic mix on the hamburger buns.
- Assemble your burger with the remaining toppings and enjoy.
Balsajo Black Garlic Burger

Ingredients
- 2 Hamburger Buns
- 2 mayonnaise sachets (2 oz)
- 0,6 lbs minced beef
- 1 tomato
- 1 little gem lettuce
- Cheddar
- 1 tbsp Henderson’s relish
- 1/2 balsajo black garlic bulb
Directions
- Remove half/all of the black garlic cloves from the bulb and chop it as finely as you can (it will be squidgy), or you can use a blender to mince it.
- Combine the beef mince and black garlic in a bowl and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Divide and shape the mince into 2 patties and put them in the freezer to help the meat hold its shape.
- Cut the brioche rolls in half and cook cut-side down for 3 min or until lightly toasted. Then set aside until serving and reserve the pan.
- Slice the tomato, wash the lettuce and remove 2 whole outer leaves and set aside for serving.
- Preheat the pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and add the patties and cook for 3 min on one side only.
- Flip the patties and add a piece of cheese to each pattie, cover and cook for a further 2-3 min or until the cheese has started to melt.
- Combine Henderson’s relish with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to make black mayo.
- Build the burger (from the bottom to top): Bun / Lettuce leaves / Tomato / Black Mayo / Burger / Cheese / Bun
Bob’s Black Garlic Burger Recipe

- Minced Beef

- Black Garlic Bulb
- Mozzarella

- 1 clove of Black Garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Put the black garlic cloves into the blender and make a paste
- Then combine all ingredients (except buns) in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Form patties and cook them on each side for 2-3 minutes.
